Growth Grants
Business owners who meet the criteria can receive grants of up to 30,000 NIS. The grants will be given to help businesses grow and can be used to cover such expenses as marketing, advertising, purchasing equipment, recruiting employees, and more. Grant recipients will be selected through the "peer selection" process (similar to the WE19 venture), and some will be given mentoring support to ensure optimal use of the grant money while keeping in mind their individual needs and goals.
What can the grant be invested in?
The grants will be given in orded to make the business grow, and will be used for a variety of essential expenses such as: marketing and advertising, purchase of equipment, recruitment of employees and more. Some of the grant recipients will be given the opportunity to receive mentoring support for optimal utilization of the grant funds while looking individually at the needs of the business and its strategic goals.

Conditions for a grant request

העסק רשום כעוסק מורשה / חברה בע"מ / שותפות כללית או מוגבלת / עוסק פטור, והוקם לפני חודש מרץ 2023.

בעל/ת העסק או אחד מהשותפים בעסק, שעיקר עיסוקו הוא העבודה בעסק, גוייס/ה לשירות פעיל בצה"ל או במשטרה או בשב"כ או במוסד במסגרת מלחמת "חרבות ברזל" (להלן: "שירות מילואים") לתקופה של 60 ימים ומעלה, בין התאריכים 07/10/2023 ל- 20/03/24 (להלן: "התקופה המזכה"), או בעל/ת עסק שבן/בת זוגו/ה ביצע/ה שירות מילואים בתקופה המזכה ובלבד שבני הזוג מנהלים משק בית משותף ויש להם ילד/ה עד גיל 14.

מחזור העסקאות של העסק לא יפחת מ-64 אלף ש"ח ולא יעלה על 3 מיליון ש"ח, בחישוב שנתי בשנה שקדמה להגשת הבקשה למענק.

הכנסת משק בית: בעל עסק שהכנסת משק הבית שלו בשנת 2022 (בהתאם לפלט שומה עצמית של מס הכנסה) עולה על 500 אלף ₪, לא יהיה זכאי למענק.

חדלות פירעון: מבקש המענק או העסק אינו חדל פירעון. לענייננו, חדל פירעון הוא מי שהוגש נגדו אחד מאלה:
א) צו פתיחת הליכים או צו שיקום כלכלי לפי חוק חדלות פירעון ושיקום כלכלי, תשע"ח-2018;
ב) צו פשיטת רגל או צו כינוס נכסים לפי פקודת פשיטת הרגל [נוסח חדש], התש"ם-1980;
ג) בקשה למתן צו כאמור בסעיפים א' ו-ב' וזו טרם נמחקה.
