The House for Social Solidarity was founded as a result of civic responsibility during Covid-19 outbreak, and is defined as a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC). The Israeli economy relies heavily on small businesses therefore it is so important to keep them thriving and ensure their survival. In both of our ventures (We19 and WeR1), we help rehabilitate, grow, and develop these businesses while emphasizing values such as innovation and solidarity.

מתוך הקשבה ודאגה לעסקים הקטנים בקהילת WeR1 שהושפעו מהמלחמה, בין אם נפגעו ישירות, גויסו או ניזקו מהלחימה, עלה הצורך לתת מענה לסחורות רבות שהצטברו.
כך נולד פרויקט רש"ת - רכישה, שיתוף, תרומה, במסגרתו רכשנו סחורה מבתי העסק, שינענו, העברנו ותרמנו אותה ישירות לעמותות ואוכלוסיות מגוונות שזקוקות לה. המענה אף הורחב לעסקים מצפון הארץ ולאנשי מילואים – בהתאם לצורכי השעה.
פרויקט רש"ת של סולידריות
הובלת שולחן עגול
עם פרוץ המלחמה ניצלנו את הידע והניסיון שצברנו, והובלנו באופן מידי שולחן עגול בשיתוף ארגונים בשדה, הפועלים למען עסקים קטנים, במטרה לתת מענה מהיר וממוקד לחוסר הוודאות והמחסור הגדול במידע. בשותפות עם הג'ויינט, עוגן, עוטף לעסק, SFI, יוזמות עתיד, קרן קורת ו-SparkIL, הוקם "מגן לעסק", פורטל אשר ריכז את כלל השירותים בגופים שעשויים לסייע לעסקים להשתקם ולהמשיך לפעול. הפורטל העניק מידע רב על מענקי סיוע, פטורים והקלות, פיצויים, הלוואות, הנחיות בחירום ועוד.
בימים קשים אלו, הבית לסולידריות חברתית עומד לצד בעלות ובעלי העסקים בישראל בכלל ועסקים הנמצאים בסמוך לקו העימות מדרום ומצפון בפרט. עם פרוץ המלחמה פתחנו מוקד לעסקים בו הצוות המסור שלנו, אשר נמצא בימי שגרה בקשר הדוק עם מאות בעלי עסקים קטנים, מעניק תמיכה, ליווי, מידע וסיוע חירומי לחיזוק החוסן העסקי.
